The services that we provide are also available on the brand owners’ websites. Printersupportpro expressly disclaims any sponsorship, collaboration, association, or endorsement of third-party trademarks and brand names. We further declare that the use of such phrases, including third-party trademarks are just descriptive and do not imply any form of business-related relationship or cooperation.
The maximum kind of hardware and software products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty during the initial time of usage. If your product is still under warranty, support services will be provided at no cost to you. In such cases, we strongly advise and encourage that you contact the product’s original source.

You should read “Exclusion from Services” in our service terms and conditions to ensure that you completely understand the services that are not included in the 1-year or multi-year maintenance contract.
THIRD-PARTY DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE:
If required, PrinterSupportPro may employ outside software to find the issue and resolve it. We employ software programmes from reputable vendors, including Microsoft (such as Microsoft Security Essentials), AVG (such as AVG Tune up), Malware Bytes, etc. A few third-party utilities are freely accessible and may be downloaded from these websites. We won’t charge for the free software.
Our support system currently does not use or sell any proprietary computer repair software or diagnostic equipment.
NO AUTOMATIC RENEWALS:
Right now, in accordance with our policy, we do not renew our subscriptions automatically.
